Accuracy and reliability are the mission of medical equipment and devices. In all these systems, they place rigorous demand on their subsystems and components. Slip ring as an electromechanical part that enables the transmission of power/ signal/data from a stationary part to a rotating part, it is crucial to the success of the whole transmission system.
CT scanners operate by rotating an x-ray tube and an x-ray detector array around the patient at rotational speeds of 120-280 RPM(FORJ can be 10000~20000RPM). A beam of x-rays is directed through the patient’s body to be captured by the detector array for subsequent image creation.
